I came across CCB in early 2024 when I attended a breathe of 200 women in a most beautiful venue. It was profound and shifted stuff within me, a bit like when I came across Reiki in 1998 - I
wanted to know more.
I have since qualified as a Breathwork Facilitor after a sincere and indepth training. I now offer online sessions for groups and individuals, also 121 sessions in person.
The technique is based on circular conciously connected breathing so no pauses or gaps between the inhale and exhale. There's a bit more to it, and Breathwork is powerful. I truly believe it is worthy of a great deal of respect, care and wisdom in the facilitation of such sessions.
To me, connecting to my breath consciously through Breathwork sessions shows me how alive I am. If I am not breathing I am not alive - it's that simple. It is also the bridge and the
tool that helps me connect consciously to my inner landscape and imprints, and enables me to integrate that which still needs to be, or shed that which no longer serves me.
It feels like a different space to space to me, almost like a different path, but one that will take me to the top of the same mountain that Mindfulness & Meditation, and Reiki can take
me. It also helps me acknowledge all that I am. I feel clearer and more integrated since finding and working with CCB. And of course, I am unfurling further and further as the
journey evolves.
