Bach Flower Remedies

It delights me to be working with Bach Flower Remedies and I believe they complement beautifully the other therapies I offer.  These remedies can be a powerful yet gentle healing tool that can help you resolve any emotional imbalances.  It can be a fascinating journey with them, learning and exploring how nature holds so many gifts.


Dr Bach – the founder - was originally an Homeopath and believed when the personality is flooded with the virtues of the flowers, emotional well-being can resume and as a result the person can change the way they experience a move through life for the better.  He believed behind all dis-ease lies; our fears, anxieties, greed, likes and dislikes.  Heal these emotions and you heal the dis-ease. 


To give you an idea, let’s take the Clematis personality as that is the flower pictured above.  In its negative state, this personality type dreams of the future without really working in the present, they seem detached from real life and find it difficult to engage with others and their needs.  They tune out from their outer world not willing to take time to listen or absorb what is occurring, and in extreme cases wishing to be in another life.  They are often extremely creative and imaginative types and in its positive state this personality is more easily able to connect to their inner and outer worlds, once again becoming interested in the physical world and people surrounding them.


There are 38 remedies which can assist many emotional states, deeply hidden or even showing on the surface and may include:-
