During this 2 day workshop you will learn… 

·         Some of the history of Reiki

·         What Reiki is and how it works

·         Breathing and meditation techniques

·         The traditional Reiki hand positions so you can give yourself treatments and enhance your self-healing ability

·         How to give a Reiki treatment so you can provide assistance to friends and family

·         You will receive the Reiki 1 attunement which will enable you to link into this intelligent energy quickly and effectively

Finally, you will receive a comprehensive manual plus certificate to take away with you.

This is an empowering and enjoyable workshop which will give you a wonderful technique to help you in your daily life for the rest of your life.

Please note:  you do not need to have had Reiki before to attend this workshop.
